Resistance bands and weights

Are you looking to improve your physical activity level but worried about getting hurt? Do you want the guidance of someone who understands movement and medicine to keep you progressing at an appropriate level? Do you have a health condition requiring the supervision of someone in the medical field who understands your condition or unique needs? Do you prefer a smaller facility or a more personalized setting?

A physical therapist has extensive education in movement and understanding pain and disease risk factors. Physical therapists are skilled in optimizing movement by understanding what might be driving pain and dysfunction. Engage Physical Therapy and Wellness can help prevent or delay the progression of health conditions associated with chronic diseases like heart disease, diabetes, cancer, Parkinsons disease, obesity, and many more conditions that respond to exercise as an intervention…. as Medicine.

If you have a chronic injury, disease, or disability, or might be at risk, we suggest seeking guidance from a physical therapist who understands appropriate monitoring and modifications needed for safety, pain control, and helping you to move forward with your goals and abilities.

We Offer:

Annual Physical Therapy Exams

The annual physical therapy check-up allows physical therapists to determine your health, fitness, and wellbeing status, and identify your health risks, to better determine a plan for primary and secondary prevention of chronic disease or disease progression. This exam is for you if you are concerned about your existing health condition and how to get started with improved movement, reduced pain, and overall wellbeing. This exam is also for you if you are concerned about your health risk factors and what we can do to lower those. This exam can also lead to a referral to physical therapy or other health care professionals.
